Young Explorer Series, by Jeannie Fulbright
Choose one:
3 Ring Binder or Spiral Notebook to take notes/ draw pictures in
OR
Botany Notebooking Journal Junior (Elementary) or Regular (Middle)
(3/4 of the class in Elementary are purchasing the Botany Notebook. If you choose not to purchase the notebook, it is your responsibility to make sure they are taking adequate notes for the class. If you would like to print things off the computer to make their notebook better, that is up to you.)
Class Time:
Notebooks... We have decided that most cutting/ pasting will be done outside class time.
You do not have to complete every project in the Botany notebook. This is the parent's decision on how much will be completed. Teachers do not need to recreate every lab and experiment in the lesson. They are very fun though. If you feel inspired to do an activity, we would all love it!
Class time will be spent on taking notes, discussion, and different activities to reinforce the subject material.
