Open to all homeschool students ages 5-18.
$5 donation per athlete.  (fruits, juice, cake, medals and certificate... all included; snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy- 50 cents).

CC- Week 11 Hagia Sophia Gingerbread House Project

Today, we are attempting to make a gingerbread house out of the Hagia Sophia from the Byzantine Empire.

We are using graham crackers (for the walls), and fondant for the domes.

icing:  powdered sugar and water- very thick so it will dry quickly.

This took us 2 hours to complete, once we started with the crackers and icing.

We already had the 11x17 mat boards with the template drawn on them, ready to go.
